Negative oxygen ion wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a negative oxygen ion wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The negative oxygen ion wallboard comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of bambooand wood fiber powder, 3-4 parts of a stabilizer, 5-10 parts of a processing aid, 0.5-0.6 part of PE wax, 0.5-0.6 part of stearic acid, 100-110 parts of resin powder, 200 to 240 parts of calcium powder, 50 to 60 parts of negative ion powder, and 5 to 6 parts of CPE; wherein the negative ion powder is composed of expanded vermiculite and tourmaline, and the mass ratio of expanded vermiculite to tourmaline is (5-7): 1. Compared with a common negative oxygen ion wallboard, the negative oxygen ion wallboard is high in negative ion powder content, meanwhile, the negative ion powder comprises expanded vermiculite and tourmaline, expanded vermiculite promotes tourmaline to rapidly release negative ions, and therefore formaldehyde is rapidly removed. In addition, the proportion of expanded vermiculite to tourmaline is proper, and the tourmaline is excessive, so that tourmaline can quickly release the negative ions in the early stage and slowly release negative ions in the later use process.
本发明提供了一种负氧离子墙板及其制备方法,包括以下组分:竹木纤维粉10~15份,稳定剂3~4份,加工助剂5~10份,PE蜡0.5~0.6份,硬脂酸0.5~0.6份、树脂粉100~110份;钙粉200~240份、负离子粉50~60份、CPE5~6份,所述负离子粉由膨胀蛭石和电气石组成,所述膨胀蛭石和电气石的质量比为(5~7):1。上述负氧离子墙板相比一般的负氧离子墙板负离子粉的含量较高,同时负离子粉包括膨胀蛭石和电气石,膨胀蛭石有助于电气石快速释放负离子,从而快速去除甲醛。并且膨胀蛭石和电气石比例合适,电气石相对过量,因此电气石除在前期快速释放负离子外,也可在后期使用过程中,缓慢释放负离子。
