Limestone tailing filling material, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of filling materials, in particular to a limestone tailing filling material and a preparation method and application thereof. The filling material comprises a limestone tailing cementing material and aggregate in a mass ratio of 1: (3-7). The limestone tailing cementing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of limestone tailing powder, 40-60 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 4-12 parts of cement clinker, 4-12 parts of gypsum, 10-15 parts of steel slag, 2-15 parts of an excitant and 0.2-1.2 parts of a waterreducing agent. The aggregate is original limestone tailings. According to the invention, limestone tailings are fully utilized, and the utilization rate is up to 90% or above, so problems in limestone tailing utilization is solved; the limestone tailings in the cementing material can play a filling role to compact stone bodies, meanwhile, the limestone tailings can promote hydration of cement clinker, and on the other hand, the original-state limestone tailings can serve as the aggregate to improve the mechanical property of the filling material.
本发明涉及充填材料技术领域,具体涉及一种石灰石尾矿充填材料及其制备方法与应用。充填材料包括石灰石尾矿胶凝材料和骨料,且两者的质量比依次序为1:3~7;其中,石灰石尾矿胶凝材料包括以下重量份的组分:石灰石尾矿粉40~60份、粒化高炉矿渣40~60份、水泥熟料4~12份、石膏4~12份、钢渣10~15份、激发剂2~15份、减水剂0.2~1.2份;骨料为原状石灰石尾矿。本发明充分利用了石灰石尾矿,利用率高达90%以上,解决了石灰石尾矿利用的问题,首先在胶凝材料中石灰石尾矿可以起到填充作用密实结石体,同时石灰石尾矿可以促进水泥熟料的水化,另一方面原状石灰石尾矿可以作为集料提高充填材料的力学性能。
