The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, and particularly relates to a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge and a damper connecting bracket device thereof. The damper connecting bracket device comprises a bracket structure, an upper base, a lower base, a damper or a beam tower longitudinal fixing device or a steel truss girder pushing device, wherein the bracket structure is fixedly connected to the outer side of a lower chord node of the steel truss girder; the upper base is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the bracket structure; the lower base is fixedly mountedat the top of the bridge tower cross beam; one end of the damper, the beam tower longitudinal fixing device or the steel truss girder pushing device is hinged to the upper base, and the other end is hinged to the lower base; the beam tower longitudinal fixing device is used for restraining the steel truss girder in the longitudinal direction of the bridge; and the steel truss girder pushing deviceis used for longitudinally moving the steel truss girder along the bridge. The damper connecting bracket device has the advantages of being large in working space, convenient to operate, low in operation safety risk, capable of arranging a plurality of dampers and diverse in function.
