Method for erecting cable-stayed bridge steel truss girder through asymmetric bracket
The invention discloses a method for erecting a cable-stayed bridge steel truss girder through an asymmetric bracket. The method comprises the following steps that (1) the bracket is upwards installed from a main tower to the bottom of a water area through a tower crane, and the tower crane hoists a crane support to a cross beam of the main tower and the bracket and hoists a first crane to the crane support; (2) hoisting a steel beam by using a first crane to splice a truss facing a water area and a road, an upper bridge floor and a lower bridge floor at the top of the bracket, wherein the upper bridge floor and the lower bridge floor conflicting with a crane bracket are not spliced; (3) the first crane is moved to the assembled upper bridge floor in the water area, and a crane support is dismounted; (4) hoisting the upper bridge floor and the lower bridge floor which are vacant at the position of the steel beam assembly crane bracket by using a first crane; (5) assembling a second crane by using the first crane; and (6) mounting a first pair of stay cables. The invention aims to provide the method for erecting the cable-stayed bridge steel truss girder by using the asymmetric bracket, which can avoid influence on traffic of the cable-stayed bridge close to roads and railways.
本发明公开了一种不对称托架架设斜拉桥钢桁梁方法,包括如下步骤:(1)利用塔吊由主塔朝向水域的底部向上安装托架,塔吊吊装吊机支架至主塔的横梁及托架上并将第一吊机吊装至吊机支架上;(2)使用第一吊机吊装钢梁在托架顶部拼装朝向水域和公路的桁架及上桥面和下桥面,与吊机支架相冲突的上桥面和下桥面不拼装;(3)将第一吊机移动至水域已经拼装完成的上桥面上,拆除吊机支架;(4)利用第一吊机吊装钢梁拼装吊机支架位置空缺的上桥面和下桥面;(5)利用第一吊机拼装第二吊机;(6)安装第一对斜拉索。本发明旨在提供一种避免对斜拉桥临近公路、铁路的通车造成影响,利用不对称托架架设斜拉桥钢桁梁的方法。
