The invention discloses a construction method of an implanted anchor rod type uplift pile. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a foundation is drilled to form a pile hole with the reserved depth; secondly, a reinforcement cage is put into the pile hole; thirdly, an anchor rod casing pipe is put into the pile hole, the anchor rod casing pipe is pressed on a hole opening of the pile hole, and the anchor rod casing pipe is inserted into a pile hole bottom ground by a certain depth; fourthly, an anchor rod is inserted into the anchor rod casing pipe, and the anchor rod extends out of the bottom of the anchor rod casing pipe and enters the pile hole bottom ground by a certain depth; fifthly, slurry is injected into the anchor rod casing pipe to form an anchorage segment in the pile hole bottom foundation, and the anchor rod casing pipe and the supporting frame are moved away from the pile hole; and sixthly, the concrete is poured into the pile hole, after concrete final setting, anchor rod tensioning and anchor head locking are carried out, and the uplift pile is finally formed. The formed uplift pile is large in uplift force, the number of uplift piles can be effectively reduced, and the pile length is reduced.
