The invention relates to a rainwater bend intercepting and sewage reducing device of a green belt. The device comprises a tank body, an arc-shaped filter screen hinged to the top of the tank body anda water outlet pipe fixed to one end of the tank body and communicating with the tank body, wherein a water baffle is hinged to the inner side wall of one side of the tank body; the filter screen is rotationally connected to the side wall, away from one side of the inner wall of the tank body, of the water baffle; an upper transverse plate and a lower transverse plate are fixed to the inner side wall, away from one side of the water baffle, of the tank body; the side wall, away from one side of the water baffle, of the filter screen is slidably connected with the upper transverse plate and thelower transverse plate; and a vibration assembly used for driving the filter screen to vibrate is arranged in the middle of the tank body. According to the rainwater bend intercepting and sewage reducing device, under the action of the vibration assembly, the filter screen vibrates so that the filter screen can be in contact with the water flow flowing in the tank body, thereby playing a good scouring effect on the filter screen and reducing the probability that the filter screen is blocked, so that rainwater entering the tank body is normally discharged from the water outlet pipe, and the normal passing of pedestrians is facilitated.
