Temperature-controlled assembly-type panel house
The invention discloses a temperature-controlled assembly-type panel house. The components of the invention adopt the methods of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly to form a structure, wherein phase change concrete prefabricated hollow slabs are stacked on foam concrete temperature insulation layers, phase change concrete prefabricated hollow walls are placed vertically on the edges of the slabs, and then the phase change concrete prefabricated hollow slabs and the foam concrete temperature insulation layers are placed on retaining walls in sequence; a formwork is erected, cast-in-place phase change concrete forms reliable structural columns to connect the components as a whole; and waterproof boards are covered to prevent rainwater leakage from affecting the use of the house. Because phase change material has a temperature control effect, this kind of panel house can have a passive temperature control effect, which not only makes the indoor temperature comfortable but also saves energy, and is suitable for rural housing renovation and promotion under the general trend of building energy saving.
本发明公开了一种控温装配式板房,本发明构件采用工厂预制和现场装配的方法组成结构。其中相变混凝土预制空心板叠放在泡沫混凝土隔温层上,相变混凝土预制空心墙竖直放置在板的板边,后再依次放置相变混凝土预制空心板、泡沫混凝土隔温层在围护墙体上;支模,现浇相变混凝土形成连接可靠的构造柱,使构件连成一个整体。再盖上防水板,避免雨水渗漏影响房屋的使用。因为相变材料具有控温作用,可以使这种板房起到被动控温的效果,不但使室内温度舒适而且节约了能源,适合在建筑节能的大趋势下进行农村住房改造推广。
