PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam body panel which is easy to fasten with other members or to fasten to another foam panel, and an assembly type house using the foam panel.SOLUTION: A foam body panel is provided which comprises: a base material of a foamed synthetic resin; a fastening part in which one end is embedded in the base material and the other end is exposed; and a polyurea resin layer covering the surface of the base material. An assembly type house has a plurality of foam body panels and is formed by connecting a plurality of foam body panels. Since the fastening part is embedded in the foam body panel, the foam body panel can be fastened to another member or another foam body panel via the fastening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
