The invention discloses an assembly type house ceiling and panel connecting device which comprises a shell. Four first threaded holes are symmetrically formed in the four corners of the upper surfaceof the shell, screw rods are in threaded connection with the inner side walls of the first threaded holes, first plate bodies are welded to one ends of the screw rods and located above the shell, andtwo second plate bodies are symmetrically attached to the top wall of the interior of the shell, and two third plate bodies are symmetrically attached to the top wall of the interior of the shell. Byrotating the first plate bodies, the first plate bodies drive the screw rods to rotate, so that the screw rods are in threaded connection with the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes, the second plate bodies are further connected with the shell, second connecting plates welded to the front surfaces and the rear surfaces of the third plate bodies are arranged on the upper surfaces ofthe first connecting plates, and then a pin body is inserted into two first through holes; and the pin body is limited by a first limiting plate and a limiting rod, so that the pin body is preventedfrom falling off, and the device is simple and quick to disassemble and decorate.
