The invention discloses a basement post-cast strip grouting leaking stoppage and reinforcement construction method. The technological process sequentially comprises the steps of base layer cleaning, grouting part checking, hole arrangement, hole drilling, hole cleaning and protecting, nozzle arrangement, grouting material preparation, grouting and repeated grouting checking, consolidation and nozzle dismounting; and the method is different from common grouting method that grouting rows and are grouted one by one, the flow direction of water is not considered, so that water is easily wrapped among a plurality of grouting points and cannot flow out. According to the grouting mode, underground water is scattered all around in a certain direction to be discharged, so that it can be guaranteed that no water is accumulated between grouting points, the stability is better, original loose soil particles or cracks are cemented into a whole through grout, a stone body which is novel in structure, high in strength, high in waterproof performance and good in chemical stability is formed, the watertightness and the bearing capacity of the foundation are improved, it is ensured that reinforced concrete at the post-cast strip is not impacted by water pressure, it is observed that no water exists on the ground, and seepage and leakage are completely avoided.
本发明公开了一种地下室后浇带灌浆堵漏及加固施工方法,工艺流程依次为:基层清理→核对灌浆部位→布孔→钻孔→清孔、护孔→布嘴→配置灌浆料→灌浆,反复检查灌浆→固结→拆嘴;有别于一般普通灌浆排着一个个挨着灌,没有考虑水的流向,容易造成几个灌浆点之间把水包裹住,流不出去的不同之处。本发明的灌浆方式是将地下水依一定方向,向四周散开把水排出,这样能够保证灌浆点之间没有积水,稳定性更好,通过浆液将原来松散的土粒或裂隙胶结成一个整体,形成一个结构新、强度大、防水性能高和化学稳定良好的“结石体”,达到提高地基的不透水性和承载力,确保后浇带部位钢筋混凝土不受水压的冲击,观察地面无水,完全达到不渗不漏。
