The invention discloses an aluminum alloy formwork processing method. The aluminum alloy formwork processing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mould, pouring a molten aluminum alloy solution into an aluminum alloy mould, thereby manufacturing an aluminum alloy blank formwork; cutting the formwork, cutting the manufactured aluminum alloy blank formwork into aluminum alloy formwork of a neded dimension and a needed shape by a cutter; performing edge-trimming and polishing, wherein a polishing machine is utilized for perform edge-trimming and polishing on the cut aluminum alloy formwork blank to remove burrs; drilling and milling grooves, wherein needed threaded holes and milling grooves are drilled in the aluminum alloy formwork; performing surface treatment, wherein composite oxidization treatment is performed on the surface of the aluminum alloy formwork. The aluminum alloy formwork processing method has the beneficial effects that: the aluminum alloy formwork is manufactured by an integrated casting moulding way, welds connecting seams, is not liable to break, and is prolonged in service life; jump slots and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the formwork, so that strength and rigidity can be improved; and an Al2O3/polytetrafluoroethylene composite oxide film is coated on the surface of the aluminum alloy formwork, so that the aluminum alloy formwork is not liable to corrode by cement, and is separately separated from cement during formwork disassembly.
本发明公开了一种铝合金模板加工方法,包括制模,将熔化好的铝合金溶液倒入铝合金模具内,制成铝合金毛坯模板;切割模板,将制成的铝合金毛坯模板利用切割机进行切割成所需要的尺寸、形状的铝合金模板;修边抛光,利用抛光机对切割好的铝合金模板毛坯料进行修边抛光,将毛刺去掉;钻孔铣槽,对铝合金模板钻取所需要的螺纹孔和铣槽;表面处理,对铝合金模板的表面进行复合氧化处理。本发明有益效果:本发明铝合金模板采用一体浇铸成型方式制成,这样模板拼焊连接缝,则不易断裂,提高了使用寿命,在模板上开设有跳槽和加强筋条,可提高强度和刚度,铝合金模板表面覆有Al2O3/聚四氟乙烯复合氧化膜,不易受水泥腐蚀、拆模时容易与水泥脱离。
