The invention discloses a range hood air conditioner. The range hood air conditioner comprises a refrigeration module and a range hood module, the refrigeration module is arranged above a kitchen ceiling or in a cabinet; the range hood module is arranged below the kitchen ceiling or the cabinet corresponding to the refrigeration module, and a cold air outlet is formed in the front side face of therange hood module; and a cold air duct is arranged from top to bottom, one end of the cold air duct is connected to an air outlet of the refrigeration module, the other end of the cold air duct is provided with a variable-diameter and variable-direction connector capable of turning cold air flowing downwards in the cold air duct to the cold air outlet and diffusing the cold air, the air outlet ofthe variable-diameter and variable-direction connector is formed in the cold air outlet, the refrigeration module is arranged above the ceiling or in the cabinet, the range hood module is arranged below the ceiling or the cabinet corresponding to the refrigeration module, and the influence of heat generated by a range hood and a stove on the refrigeration module and an air duct can be effectivelyreduced.
