The invention relates to a suspended ceiling mounting structure, an air conditioner type range hood and an air conditioner. The suspended ceiling mounting structure comprises at least two mounting mechanisms, each mounting mechanism comprises a mounting frame and a clamping assembly, and a mounting channel is jointly formed among all the mounting frames and used for mounting a part to be mounted; the clamping assemblies are mounted on the mounting frames, each clamping assembly is provided with a clamping space for clamping a to-be-clamped part, the mounting mechanism is assembled on the to-be-clamped part through the clamping assemblies, and the volume of the clamping space is adjustable. According to the suspended ceiling mounting structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, by changing the volume of the clamping space of the clamping assembly, the clamping assembly can be assembled on suspended ceiling plates of different sizes. Due to the fact that the clamping assembly is connected with the installation frame, the installation frame is also assembled on the suspended ceiling plate, and the installation frame assembled on the suspended ceiling plate can form an installation channel for installing the air outlet assembly. In this way, the air outlet assembly is assembled on the suspended ceiling plates of different sizes.
