The plate mounting machine comprises a moving device, a lifting device, a rotating deviceand a grabbing seat, wherein the moving device can move; a lifting seat is arranged on the lifting device and is driven to move up and down; the rotating device comprises a seat body and a rotary driving mechanism; the seat body is arranged on the lifting seat and can slide along a preset track relative to the lifting seat; the rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the seat body; the grabbing device comprises a grabbing seat, a first component, a second component and a grabbing driving component; the grabbing seat is arranged on the rotary driving mechanism, can be driven by the rotary driving mechanism and rotates relative to the seat body; the first component is arranged on the grabbing seat; the second component is arranged on the grabbing seat; the grabbing driving component is arranged on the grabbing seat and can drive the second component and/or the first component to be close to or away from each other. The mounting efficiency of a wallboard can be improved by adopting the plate mounting machine.
