The invention discloses a preparation method of a layered structure ceramic ring for mechanical sealing. According to the method, an additive manufacturing method is mainly adopted, a ceramic paper tape manufactured through a tape casting method serves as a unit, a laminated composite ring blank is manufactured through a rolling method, the density of the laminated composite ring blank is improvedthrough isostatic pressing, and finally the ceramic-based laminated structure composite ring is obtained through high-temperature sintering. According to the invention, the toughness of the ceramic-based layered structure composite material ring is obviously superior to that of common blocky ceramic, and when the ceramic-based layered structure composite material ring is subjected to mechanical impact, interface energy generated by the ceramic-based layered structure composite material ring due to phase composition difference absorbs energy, so that cracks are prevented from expanding; and the toughening layer is made of porous ceramic, and graphite ceramic, graphite, BN and the like are added, so that the friction performance of the material can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种机械密封用层状结构陶瓷环的制备方法,主要采用增材制造的方法,以流延法制成的陶瓷纸带为单元,利用辊压方法制得叠层复合环坯体,再经过等静压提高叠层复合环坯体的致密度,最后经过高温烧结获得陶瓷基层状结构复合材料环。这种陶瓷基层状结构复合材料环,其韧性要明显优于普通块状陶瓷,当其受到力学冲击时,这种陶瓷基层状结构复合材料环由于相组成的差异产生的界面能吸收能量,防止裂纹的扩展;并且由于增韧层采用多孔陶瓷、加石墨陶瓷、石墨、BN等,能极大提高材料的摩擦性能。
