The overflow and drainage integrated drainer comprises a drainer main body, a drainage cavity is formed in the drainer main body, an overflow opening and an auxiliary drainage opening are formed in the outer wall of the drainer main body, a water falling plug is arranged between the overflow opening and the auxiliary drainage opening, an overflow seat which can additionally communicate with the overflow opening and the auxiliary drainage opening is arranged on the positions, corresponding to the overflow opening and the auxiliary drainage opening, of the outer wall of the drainer main body in a sleeve mode, an overflow valve assembly which is used for opening and closing the overflow seat according to the water pressure in a sensing wash basin or a cleaning table is arranged in the overflow seat, and the drainer has the draining effect.
