The invention provides an adjustable drainage and overflow integrated drainer which is provided with a drainage cylinder, and the drainage cylinder is provided with a drainage and overflow port; a liftable rigid connecting pipe is arranged in the lower water cylinder, an overflow port is formed in the upper part of the rigid connecting pipe, the rigid connecting pipe is divided into two parts, the two parts are used for connecting and transmitting switching operation force through a force transmission structure in a pipe body of the first part and a pipe body of the second part, and the force transmission structure is an adjustable connecting structure. The length of the rigid connecting pipe can be adjusted, the pipe body of the first part and the pipe body of the second part are in sealed connection, and the liftable rigid connecting pipe is provided with a connecting structure for inputting driving force; overflow through an external bypass is not needed, installation is convenient, the hidden danger of water leakage caused by overflow discharge is avoided, and meanwhile the height can be adjusted.
