The invention provides a bottom driving type drainage and overflow integrated drainer which comprises a fixing assembly, the fixing assembly comprises a first fixing assembly with the top closed, a drainage cylinder is arranged in the first fixing assembly, and a drainage and overflow opening is formed in the drainage cylinder; and a second liftable assembly capable of being operated is arranged in the lower water cylinder and comprises a rigid connecting pipe and a rod piece which is located at the bottom and has centering and guiding effects and upward driving force. According to the drainer, water does not need to overflow through an external bypass, installation is convenient, the hidden danger of water leakage increased by discharging overflow is avoided, meanwhile, opening and closing of the drainer can be controlled through an external switch, and installation and maintenance of the drainer are further facilitated.
