The invention relates to the technical field of vibration control, in particular to a double piezoelectric semi-active inertia-capacitance damper. The double piezoelectric semi-active inertia-capacitance damper comprises a cylinder and a ball screw and further comprises a first piezoelectric driver and a second piezoelectric driver. One end of the ball screw penetrates the cylinder and is locatedin the cylinder, a flywheel is in transmission connection to the ball screw, the first piezoelectric driver is arranged on the cylinder, a first friction block is arranged on the first piezoelectric driver, and the first friction block corresponds to the flywheel. The second piezoelectric driver is arranged on the end part of the ball screw, and a second friction block is arranged between the second piezoelectric driver and the inner wall of the cylinder. The double piezoelectric semi-active inertia-capacitance damper adjusts the inertia-capacitance coefficient in real time by means of an adjustable frictional force generated by electro-deformation of the piezoelectric drivers, so that the double piezoelectric semi-active inertia-capacitance damper has a wider application range and is better in vibration attenuating effect.
