The invention provides a construction method for a cast-in-place composite thermal insulation system of a prefabricated thermal insulation outer formwork, and relates to the field of building construction. The construction method includes the steps of supporting an outer formwork through a first support, wherein the outer formwork is a prefabricated thermal insulation formwork; supporting an innerformwork through a second support, wherein the outer formwork and the inner formwork are oppositely arranged at an interval; erecting a reinforcement cage between the outer formwork and the inner formwork; pouring concrete between the outer formwork and the inner formwork; and removing the first support, the second support and the inner formwork. The prefabricated thermal insulation formwork is used as the outer formwork of a cast-in-place structure, after pouring of the cast-in-place structure is completed, the prefabricated thermal insulation formwork is located on the outer side of the cast-in-place structure and fixedly connected with the cast-in-place structure, and it is not needed to arrange a thermal insulation structure on the outer side of the cast-in-place structure again. Theworkload of on-site construction can be reduced, the use of formworks and on-site concrete can also be reduced, and thus the cost is saved.
