The invention relates to a steam pressurized concrete block wall and a construction method thereof. The steam pressurized concrete block wall comprises a main wall body and a threading wall body embedded in the main wall body, wherein the main wall body comprises a plurality of main building blocks, and the plurality of main building blocks are built into the main wall body in a staggered mode; the threading wall body comprises a wire box building block and a plurality of wire pipe building blocks built on the wire box building block; the wire box building block is provided with a wire box groove capable of containing a wire box; the wire pipe building blocks are provided with wire pipe grooves capable of containing wire pipes; the wire pipe grooves in the plurality of wire pipe building blocks communicate with one another; the wire box building block is provided with a communicating groove above the wire box groove; and the wire box groove communicates with a plurality of wire pipe grooves through the communicating groove. The steam pressurized concrete block wall has the effect that the wire pipes and the wire box are conveniently installed on the block wall.
