The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated stair which comprises an upper connecting end connected with an upper platform and a lower connecting end connected with a lower platform, the prefabricated stair is composed of a first module and a second module, the first module is arranged on the side close to a wall, and the second module is arranged on the side close to a guardrail; the first module and the second module are respectively provided with respective pin reserved holes and hoisting embedded parts; the installation construction method of the concrete prefabricated stair comprises the following steps: 1) calculating the weight of the components, and performing overall calculation of the prefabricated stair according to a designed construction drawing; (2)determining the optimal hoisting weight of a tower crane used in the whole project in combination with a construction total package unit, and splitting the prefabricated staircase into a plurality of blocks according to the hoisting weight; (3) molds are manufactured in a factory for production, and all the produced concrete block components are transported to a site; 4) respectively mounting and fixing each block on the upper platform and the lower platform on site; and (5) if the stair joints among the blocks are larger than 50 mm, using mortar for blocking.
