The method comprises the steps that an area to be monitored is divided into a plurality ofsub-areas to be monitored, and the measuring devices and one intelligent terminal in communication connection with the measuring devices are arranged according to the characteristics of the sub-areasto be monitored; an early warning strategy of the intelligent terminal is selected; monitoring data is collected, and data management, risk assessment and early warning are conducted on the area to be monitored according to the early warning strategy; and the management server records the monitoring data and early warning events of the intelligent terminal, sends the monitoring data to the cloudplatform for data storage, updates the early warning strategy according to the monitoring data and sends the updated early warning strategy to the intelligent terminal. The early warning and alarm response speed is high, multi-level risk assessment is achieved, and site constructors are reminded of the safety level in time.
