The invention relates to the field of cement preparation, in particular to cement, a cement preparation system and a cement preparation process. The process comprises the following steps that S1, limestone, water, iron ore and coal are put between two crushing rollers to be primarily crushed; S2, the crushed raw material falls on a screen box to be screened, the raw material which can pass throughthe screen box leaks from the screen box, and the raw material which cannot pass through the screen box slides down from the left side of the screen box; S3, the raw material leaking from the screenbox falls into a triangular box to be collected, a plurality of shifting columns on a transverse moving strip slide left and right, and the raw material gathered at the bottom of the triangular box isstirred; S4, the raw material which cannot pass through the screen box slides down from the left side of the screen box and then falls into a semicircular box to be collected, the semicircular box isdriven to move upwards, and raw material which is not sufficiently crushed is poured into a crushing box to be crushed again; and S5, the raw material is heated through an electric heating wire, andthe heated raw material is ground into powder through a grinding machine. The cement comprises 20 parts of limestone, 10 parts of iron ore, 5 parts of coal and 1 part of water.
