The cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of silicon hydrochloric acid cement clinker, 18 parts of mixed material, 50 parts of water, 5 parts of limestone, 10 parts of fly ash and 20 parts of clay. The technology comprises the following steps: clamping a cement preparation device to the wall of a house rooftop; 2, stirring and processing cement by a cement preparation device; 3, moving the cement preparation device to the position where cement needs to be laid; 4, scraping the cement to be flat and laid to the surface of the wall.
