The supporting base is arranged at the lower end of the calcining cylinder, a heating cavity is formed in the inner wall of the upperend of the calcining cylinder, and the heating device is arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the heating cavity. By utilizing the characteristics that limestone is easier to break after being calcined and is better calcined after being broken, the limestone is broken while being calcined, so that the problems of uneven internal and external heating, incomplete limestone internal calcination and the like caused by part of overlarge limestone are solved. The limestone is uniformly guided to the high-temperature area, and the too small limestone is guided out through a screen, so thatthe limestone is uniformly heated, and the problem that the limestone is not uniformly heated is solved.
