The invention discloses a duct piece concrete anti-cracking reinforcing additive and a preparation method thereof. The additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 32-38 parts ofsodium bentonite, 42-46 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 3-6 parts of naphthenic acid soap, 1-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-7 parts of JK-H2O (A) composite amino alcohol, 3-7 partsof gluconate, 4-6 parts of alkyl aromatic sulfonic acid, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-4 parts of an early strength agent, 2-6 parts of an inorganic aluminum salt waterproof agent and 2-5 parts of a setting accelerator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step S1, sequentially weighing the raw materials; and step S2, putting the raw materials except the aluminum oxide into a grinding kettle for stirring and grinding to obtain an additive A and an additive B. A duct piece prepared by adding the additive prepared by the method into concrete has the advantages of favorable water resistance, favorable seepage resistance, favorable rust resistance, compact and compact structure and balanced duct piece internal stress distribution, and is not easy to crack or fracture.
