The novel degradable environment-friendly packaging material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 60%-75% of a main material, 16%-26% of polyethylene, 4%-5% of polypropylene, 3%-5% of a toughening agent, 0.8%-1.5% of a coupling agent, 1%-2% of a lubricant, and 0.2%-0.5% of an antioxidant.
