Easily degradable environment-friendly ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an easily degradable environment-friendly ceramic material which is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 10 to 25 parts of crop straw, 15 to 20 parts of kaolin, 5 to 10 parts of glass fiber, 5 to 7 parts of kieselguhr, 5 to 7 parts of aluminum oxide, 2 to 5 parts of carbon fiber, 5 to 7 parts of boric acid, 3 to 5 parts of cubic boron nitride, 5 to 10 parts of thorium dioxide, 5 to 10 parts of dibutyl terephthalate, 20 to 25 parts of deionized water and 5 to 10 parts of silicon carbide. The designed easily degradable environment-friendly ceramic material has the following beneficial characteristics: 1, relatively remarkable reinforcing and toughening effects are realized; 2, the ceramic is prepared from low-cost substances such as crop straws, so that the manufacturing cost of the ceramic is effectively reduced; and 3, a remarkable easy-to-degrade effect is realized.
