Special curing agent for curing steel tailings and application method
The invention relates to a special curing agent for curing steel tailings. The special curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0-3% of silica fume, 15-25% of gypsum, 0-3% of fly ash, 5-10% of coking desulfurization and denitrification ash and 60-80% of slag powder. According to the application method of the special curing agent for curing steel tailings, the special curing agent and the steel tailings with the particle size of 0-15mm are mixed according to the proportion of 1: (4-10), water with the amount being 0.4-1.1 times that of the special curingagent is added, and a mixture similar to concrete is obtained. The 28-day compressive strength reaches 25MPa or above. The curing agent can replace cement to prepare ecological environment-friendly concrete, part of components in the curing agent produce a large amount of hydrated calcium silicate and calcium hydroxide under the action of water, and the hydrated calcium silicate is a main source of strength. Meanwhile, the curing agent contains a large number of SiO3<2-> ions which react with Ca ions to generate more hydrated calcium silicate gel, so that the hydrated calcium silicate gel is attached to the steel slag to a greater extent, and the strength of the steel slag mixture is improved.
本发明涉及一种固化钢尾渣的特种固化剂,原料按质量比包括硅灰0‑3%、石膏15%‑25%、粉煤灰0‑3%、焦化脱硫脱硝灰5%‑10%、矿渣粉60%‑80%。固化钢尾渣的特种固化剂的应用方法,将特种固化剂与粒径0‑15mm钢尾渣按照1:4‑10的比例混合,加入特种固化剂量0.4‑1.1倍的水得到类似混凝土的拌合物。28天抗压强度到达25MPa以上。固化剂可以替代水泥制备生态环保混凝土,固化剂中部分成分在水的作用下生产了大量的水化硅酸钙和氢氧化钙,水化硅酸钙是强度的主要来源。同时固化剂中含有大量SiO32‑离子来和Ca离子反应生成更多的水化硅酸钙凝胶,从而让水化硅酸钙凝胶更大程度的附着在钢渣上,提高钢渣拌合物的强度。
