The invention relates to a curing agent suitable for ultrafine tailings. The curing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-77% of water-quenched slag micro-powder, 5%-15% of steel slag micro-powder, 5%-20% of modified gypsum, 1%-3% of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 5%-20% of fly ash, 2%-5% of sulphoaluminate cement clinker and 5%-15% of Portland cement clinker. The invention also discloses a preparation method and a use method of the curing agent. The curing agent is high in performance and low in cost, an underground metal mine goaf can be filled after the curing agent is used, a formed filling body is high in early strength, low in bleeding rate and free of volume shrinkage after being cured, and complete roof contact of the filling body can be achieved.The filling slurry is good in flowability, so that risks such as pipe blockage are not easy to occur.
本发明涉及一种适合超细尾砂的固化剂,该固化剂由下述重量百分比制得:水淬矿渣微粉40%~77%,钢渣微粉5%~15%,改性石膏5%~20%,元明粉1%~3%,粉煤灰5%~20%,硫铝酸盐水泥熟料2%~5%,硅酸盐水泥熟料5%~15%。本发明还公开了该固化剂的制备方法及使用方法。本发明高性能低成本,使用后可充填地下金属矿山空区,形成的充填体早期强度高,泌水率低,固化后无体积收缩,可实现充填体的完全接顶。并且充填料浆流动性好,不易发生堵管等风险。
