The invention relates to the technical field of resource utilization and water treatment of bulk solid waste, and discloses a preparation method of red mud-steel slag based unfired ceramsite capable of efficiently removing phosphorus, which comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring pretreated sintered red mud, steel slag and rice hull ash with gypsum and cement to obtain a mixed dry material; continuously spraying a Na2SiO3 solution in the process of stirring the mixed dry material to obtain a mud pie; putting the mud pie into a rolling cake-forming area to obtain a mud cake; putting the mud cake into a strip rolling area to obtain a mud strip; and putting the mud strips into a rolling balling area to obtain the ceramsite raw material. Wet gauze is attached to the ceramsite raw material, and aging is conducted in the shade; performing steam curing on the ceramsite raw material to obtain semi-finished ceramsite; and placing the semi-finished ceramsite in a sealed shade place at room temperature, spraying water on the surface of the semi-finished ceramsite every day, and naturally curing to obtain the finished ceramsite. The preparation method is simple, the phosphorus removal rate of the ceramsite is high, and the problem of high energy consumption of traditional water treatment ceramsite preparation is solved while solid waste is recycled.
本发明涉及大宗固废的资源化利用和水处理技术领域,公开了一种高效除磷的赤泥‑钢渣基免烧陶粒的制备方法,包括:将预处理后的烧结法赤泥、钢渣和稻壳灰,与石膏、水泥一同搅拌至均匀,得到混合干料;在对混合干料进行搅拌的过程中持续喷洒Na2SiO3溶液,得到泥团;将泥团放入滚轧成饼区,得到泥饼;将泥饼放入滚轧成条区,得到泥条;将泥条放入滚轧成球区,得到陶粒生料。将陶粒生料附上湿润纱布,阴凉处陈化;将陶粒生料进行蒸汽养护,得到半成品陶粒;在室温下,将半成品陶粒置于密封阴凉处,每天对其表面喷水,自然养护得成品陶粒。本发明制备方法简单、陶粒除磷率高,回收固废的同时,解决了传统水处理陶粒制备能耗高的问题。
