The invention discloses a steel bridge deck asphalt pavement disease maintenance device which comprises a microwave heating device and a disease area. The microwave heating device and the steel bridgedeck form a microwave resonant cavity, and the disease area is located in the microwave resonant cavity; the microwave heating device is used for uniformly heating the bituminous mixture in the disease area, so that the bituminous mixture on the steel plate can be peeled off without damage. The invention further discloses a disease maintenance method for the asphalt pavement of the steel bridge deck. The damaged part of the pavement is rapidly heated to a softened state through the microwave resonant cavity, the effect of nondestructive removal of the asphalt mixture at the damaged part is achieved, the problems of damage to a steel bridge deck steel plate, high labor intensity, low construction efficiency, heavy environmental pollution and the like of an existing operation method are solved, and the steel bridge deck disease maintenance quality and the construction environmental protection property are improved.
