Novel uplift pile structure
The invention discloses a novel uplift pile structure, and belongs to the technical field of building pile foundations. The novel uplift pile structure is characterized in that an uplift pile body isa variable-diameter pile body, and an uplift reinforcement body is located in the center of the concrete pile body and penetrates through the whole concrete pile body; the lower portion of the upliftreinforcement body is inserted into a circular clamping groove of a reinforcement clamping groove disc, the uplift reinforcement body is anchored into a pile head through nuts, and a supporting plateis fixed to the upper portion of the uplift reinforcement body through two nuts and is poured into a foundation bearing platform; the uplift reinforcement body is provided with a casing pipe in a sleeved mode, so that corrosion and cracking of the uplift reinforcement body are prevented; the uplift reinforcement body is not bonded with the casing pipe through concrete so that relative sliding canbe generated between the uplift reinforcement body and the casing pipe; and one ends of reinforcements in an expanded pile main body are fixed in the reinforcement clamping groove disc, the other endsof the reinforcements are scattered at equal angles under the constraint of braided ropes, and the whole expanded pile main body is filled with the reinforcements in an umbrella shape. The novel uplift pile structure is ingenious in design, the expanded pile main body in the variable-diameter uplift pile body serve as the pile bottom, the umbrella-shaped reinforcements are placed in the expandedpile main body to achieve the purpose of improving the uplift force, and the uplift reinforcement body is provided with the casing pipe in a sleeved mode so that the durability of the novel uplift pile structure can be better enhanced.
本发明公开了一种新型抗拔桩结构,属于建筑桩基技术领域,抗拔桩身为变直径桩身,抗拔筋体位于混凝土桩身中心,且贯穿整个混凝土桩身。所述抗拔筋体的下部插入钢筋卡槽盘的圆形卡槽,并用螺母将其锚固于桩头内,上部用两个螺母将支承板固定于其上,并浇筑于基础承台中。抗拔筋体外套设套管,防止抗拔筋体的锈蚀与开裂,且其与混凝土之间无粘接,两者之间可以产生相对滑移。扩大式桩身内的钢筋一端固定于钢筋卡槽盘内,另一端在编织绳的约束下等角度散开,呈伞状充斥于整个扩大式桩身中。本发明设计巧妙,通过变直径的抗拔桩身,扩大式桩身作为桩底,在其内放置伞状钢筋达到提高抗拔力的目的,且在抗拔筋体外套设套管,更能增强其耐久性能。
