The invention relates to a working arm and a coal mine roadway repairing machine with the working arm. The working arm comprise a plurality of arm bodies, wherein the arm bodies are connected in a hinged mode, a digging bucket is hinged to the arm body at the head end, and the extension and retraction of the digging bucket are realized through a first driving device; the arm body at the tail end is hinged to a rotating device, the whole working arm rotates 360 degrees along a horizontal axis through the rotating device, a second driving device is hinged between the rotating device and the armbody at the tail end, and the pitching motion of the arm body at the tail end is realized through the second driving device; and a side digging driving device capable of realizing side digging of thewhole working arm close to the horizontal ground is arranged between the arm body located at the head end and the arm body located at the tail end, a third driving device is hinged between the side digging driving device and the arm body located at the head end, and extension and retraction of the arm body at the head end are realized through the third driving device. The working arm and the coalmine roadway repairing machine with the working arm have the advantages of simple structure, diversified functions and capability of meeting repair requirements of complex roadways.
