Method for repairing underground roadway pavement of mine
The invention relates to a method for repairing an underground roadway pavement of a mine. The method is characterized by sequentially comprising the following steps of: removing accumulated water and sludge on the damaged pavement of the underground roadway, and leveling the pavement; laying a grid-shaped steel support module on the leveled road surface; filling square of the steel support modules with stones and concrete till a flat road surface is formed. According to the method for repairing the underground roadway pavement of the mine, the underground roadway pavement is repaired by adopting the steel support module matched with rapid concrete pouring, so that the construction strength can be effectively reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and the pavement is prevented from being muddy due to water accumulation of the roadway; furthermore because of mutual supporting between steel support square grids, buffering exists when the road surface is affected by ground pressure and rolled by vehicles, the road surface can be effectively prevented from being damaged by stress, the repairing effect is good, and normal operation of production is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种矿山井下巷道路面的修复方法。其特征在于其修复过程的步骤依次包括:清除井下巷道损坏路面的积水和污泥,进行路面找平;在找平后的路面上铺设方格状的钢支架模块;在钢支架模块的方格中,使用石块和混凝土进行填充至形成平整路面。本发明的一种矿山井下巷道路面的修复方法,由于采用钢支架模块配合混凝土快速浇筑进行井下巷道路面修复,能够有效地降低施工强度、缩短施工周期,并防止巷道因积水导致路面泥泞化,同时由于钢支架方格之间相互支撑,在受地压影响及车辆碾压时存在缓冲,能有效避免路面受力破坏,修复效果好,保证了生产的正常运行。
