The invention discloses a self-dredging combined type pipeline for underground engineering sewage disposal. The self-dredging combined type pipeline for underground engineering sewage disposal comprises a water inlet tube, wherein the water outlet end of the water inlet tube is equipped with a water storage tube which communicates with the inner part of the water inlet tube; the side wall of the water storage tube is equipped with a water drainage tube which communicates with the inner part of the water storage tube; a water inlet is formed in the side wall of the water inlet tube; a cylinderis rotatably connected in the water inlet tube in a sealing mode; a hollow filter screen is embedded into the cylinder; a plurality of discharge holes are formed in the peripheral side wall of the cylinder at equal distance; a discharge tube which communicates with the inner part of the water inlet tube is mounted on the side wall of the water inlet tube; a vibrating plate is embedded into the hollow filter screen; and a plurality of partition plates are embedded into the cylinder. The water storage tube, the vibrating plate and the like are arranged, so that air column vibration can be generated in the water storage tube while water flow drops, and the vibrating plate is caused to resonate for continuously shaking the hollow filter screen, and therefore, solid impurities blocked on the hollow filter screen drop, permeability of the filter screen can be kept all the time without manual clearing, and clearing is efficient and timely.
