The invention discloses a heavy buffering hinge. The heavy buffering hinge comprises a hinge cup, a rocking rod, a hinge arm, a base and a crank, wherein the hinge arm is arranged on the base; the twoends of the rocking rod and the crank are hinged to the hinge cup and the hinge arm respectively; the hinge arm is further provided with an elastic energy storage assembly and a damper; the elastic energy storage assembly comprises a fixed seat, an elastic part and a sliding part; the fixed seat is connected with the hinge arm; the elastic part is positioned between the fixed seat and the slidingpart; swinging parts are arranged at the back ends of the crank and the rocking rod respectively; when the hinge cup is opened in a rotating way relative to the hinge arm, the swinging part of the crank can drive the sliding part to move towards the back end of the hinge arm, and meanwhile the sliding part compresses the elastic part; and the swinging part of the rocking rod can compress the damper when the hinge cup is closed in a rotating way relative to the hinge arm. According to the heavy buffering hinge, closing force is supplied to the hinge cup through the elastic energy storage assembly, so that the assembly difficulty of the hinge is lowered, and the assembly efficiency is improved. Moreover, a good silent effect is achieved in closing of a door; the function of buffering duringclosing of the door is provided; and a cabinet door is prevented from being in heavy collision with a cabinet body.
