The invention provides a pier stud prefabricating pouring system and a remote pouring method thereof. The pier stud prefabricating pouring system comprises a bottom form assembly, four side form assemblies and four cleaning assemblies are alternately distributed on the periphery of the bottom form assembly, and each side form assembly comprises a first side form assembly body and three second sideform assembly bodies; each cleaning assembly comprises a first cleaning assembly and three second cleaning assemblies; and the pier stud prefabricating pouring system is used for manufacturing a pouring body on a precast ground, and the pouring body is conveyed to a road and bridge engineering construction site through a conveying system. In-place pouring is replaced with factory standardized pouring, pouring is less limited and is not affected by factors such as weather, opening and closing of form boards are achieved through mechanical driving, the pouring efficiency is high, the pouring precision is high, potential safety hazards are small, avoiding is achieved without manual command in the pouring process, the opening and closing actions of the form boards are smooth and reliable, andthe position of a bottom form board can be adjusted, so that the pouring precision and the universal performance of pouring can be further improved.
本发明系提供一种墩柱的预制浇筑系统及其异地浇筑方法,包括底模组件,底模组件的四周设有交替分布的四个侧模组件和四个清洗组件,侧模组件包括一个第一侧模组件和三个第二侧模组件,清洗组件包括一个第一清洗组件和三个第二清洗组件;在预制地使用墩柱的预制浇筑系统制作获得浇筑体,通过运输系统将浇筑体运送到路桥工程建设地。本发明通过工厂标准化浇筑替代现场浇筑,浇筑所受的限制小,不受天气等因素的影响,通过机械化驱动实现各模板的开合,浇筑效率高、浇筑精度高、安全隐患小,且浇筑过程中无需人工指挥实现避让,各模板的开合动作顺畅可靠,且底模板的位置可以调节,能进一步提高浇筑精度以及浇筑的通用性能。
