The invention discloses an automatic stirring, measuring and concrete pouring device. The device comprises a main box body, a concrete cavity with an upward opening is formed in the main box body, a water cavity with an upward opening is formed in the right side of the concrete cavity, a feeding cavity communicates with the lower portion of the concrete cavity, a water inlet cavity communicates with the lower portion of the water cavity, a main body sliding cavity communicates with the lower portion of the water inlet cavity, and a main spring cavity communicates with the lower portion of themain body sliding cavity; and a stirring box body capable of being connected with the main spring cavity in a sliding fit manner is connected into the main body sliding cavity in a sliding fit manner,the left side of the main body sliding cavity is communicated with a main baffle sliding cavity extending downwards, the main baffle sliding cavity is communicated with the main spring cavity rightwards, bin burdening is controlled according to the proportion required by the device, cost is relatively saved, and control is light and convenient. By measuring the concrete stirring sufficiency, stirring, feeding and pouring are circularly carried out without intervals, the concrete stirring quality and stirring efficiency are improved, the construction process of a construction site is accelerated, and the device is automatic equipment which is very convenient to operate.
本发明公开了一种自动搅拌测量及浇灌混凝土装置;包括主箱体,主箱体中设有开口向上的混凝土料腔,混凝土料腔右侧设有开口向上的水腔,混凝土料腔下方连通设有入料腔,水腔下方连通设有入水腔,入水腔下方设有主体滑动腔,主体滑动腔下方连通设有主弹簧腔,主体滑动腔内滑动配合连接有能够与主弹簧腔滑动配合连接的搅拌箱体,主体滑动腔左侧连通设有向下延伸的主挡板滑动腔,主挡板滑动腔向右与主弹簧腔连通,控制仓配料也是根据本身所需求的比例,相对节省成本,控制较为轻便。通过对混凝土搅拌充分度的测量,使搅拌、进料和浇灌循环无间隔进行,提高了混凝土搅拌质量和搅拌效率,加快了工地的施工进程,是一种操作非常便捷的自动化设备。
