The invention relates to a construction method of a pile casing foam light soil highway embankment. The height of the highway embankment is not smaller than 15 m. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, according to the site condition of a site, a construction working face with a flat base, no accumulated water or waste on the base and the size meeting the design requirement is arranged; S2, a foundation base is poured, and a working face foundation is leveled and rolled; S3, after hollow steel pipes are manufactured in a factory, the hollow steel pipes are transported to a construction site, and then the hollow steel pipes are vertically placed in the pile casing foam light soil highway embankment side by side; S4, a thin-wall type protection wall is built at the edge of the pile casing foam light soil highway embankment; S5, foam light soil is poured on the inner side of the thin-wall type protection wall; and S6, the steps S3-S5 are alternately performed until the foam light soil embankment is poured. The construction method can be applied to the field of highway embankments with the height exceeding 15 m, the overall construction cost of highway engineering can be reduced by transforming an existing construction method of the highway embankments, and land occupation is reduced.
