Construction method of modified rubber asphalt
The invention discloses a construction method of modified rubber asphalt, which comprises the following steps: treatment of a base layer; construction of a bonding layer: spreading emulsified asphalton the surface of the base layer, laying first glue-added glass fiber mesh cloth and reserving the first glue-added glass fiber mesh cloth; construction of a lower surface layer: paving the modified rubber asphalt mixture for several times according to the number of lanes, immediately compacting after paving, and arranging a piece of second glue-adding glass fiber gridding cloth between every twoadjacent lanes; construction of an upper surface layer: fixing first glue-added fiberglass mesh cloth reserved on the two sides of the base layer on the surfaces of the adjacent compacted lanes, paving third glue-added fiberglass mesh cloth between the lanes, and fixing the third glue-added fiberglass mesh cloth with second glue-added fiberglass mesh cloth and the surfaces of the two adjacent compacted lanes, and paving the modified rubber asphalt mixture according to the paving process of the conventional asphalt pavement. The construction method is mainly applied to construction of the modified rubber asphalt with low rubber powder mixing amount, paving and compacting of the asphalt can be carried out by referring to the paving process of a conventional asphalt pavement, and the construction difficulty is low.
本发明公开了改性橡胶沥青的施工方法,包括,基层处理;粘结层施工:向基层表面撒布乳化沥青,铺设第一加胶玻璃纤维网格布并预留;下面层施工:根据车道数量,分次摊铺改性橡胶沥青混合料,摊铺宽度为车道宽度,摊铺后,立即压实,相邻车道间均设有一第二加胶玻璃纤维网格布;上面层施工:将基层两侧预留的第一加胶玻璃纤维网格布固定在相邻压实车道的表面,在车道间铺设第三加胶玻璃纤维网格布,并与第二加胶玻璃纤维网格布和两相邻压实车道的表面固定,再按照常规沥青路面的铺设工序铺设改性橡胶沥青混合料。本发明的施工方法主要应用于低橡胶粉掺量的改性橡胶沥青施工,沥青的摊铺和压实可参照常规沥青路面的铺设工序进行,施工难度低。
