Modified asphalt construction method
The invention discloses a modified asphalt construction method. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining modified asphalt; setting reference rulers at intervals along the to-be-constructedarea, and arranging temperature sensors and cameras at the positions corresponding to the reference rulers; paving the modified asphalt by using a paver to obtain an asphalt surface layer, when the paver runs to the reference rulers, acquiring a paving temperature by using the temperature sensors, and acquiring a plurality of paving images by using the cameras; identifying the plurality of pavingimages to obtain a paving action and a paving thickness; comparing the paving temperature, the paving action and the paving thickness with the preset paving temperature, the preset paving action and the preset paving thickness correspondingly, and if the error is within a first set range and the paving temperature, the paving action and the paving thickness correspond to one another, sending a paving continuing instruction to a paver operator. According to the invention, the problems in construction are found in time through the temperature sensors and the cameras, the construction quality management efficiency is improved, and the construction risk is reduced.
本发明公开了改性沥青施工方法,包括:获得改性沥青;沿着待施工区域间隔设置参考标尺,在与参考标尺对应的位置设置温度传感器和摄像头;使用摊铺机对改性沥青进行摊铺,得到沥青面层,当摊铺机行驶至参考标尺处时,温度传感器获取摊铺温度,摄像头采集多张摊铺图像;对多张摊铺图像进行识别,获得摊铺动作和摊铺厚度;将摊铺温度、摊铺动作、摊铺厚度分别与预设摊铺温度、预设摊铺动作和预设摊铺厚度进行比对,若误差在第一设定范围内,且摊铺温度、摊铺动作、摊铺厚度对应,则向摊铺机操作员发出继续摊铺指令。本发明通过温度传感器、摄像头及时发现施工中存在的问题,提升施工质量管理效率,减少施工风险。
