The invention discloses an immersed tunnel prefabricated pipe joint end steel shell measuring software tool which comprises a tablet personal computer and an FMOS automatic engineering monitoring system. The FMOS automatic engineering monitoring system is mounted in the tablet personal computer, and a total station is connected and remotely controlled in a Bluetooth manner to continuously acquirecontrol point data and immersed pipe joint end steel shell end panel measuring point data; the FMOS automatic engineering monitoring system has a plurality of measurement return modes, so that errorsgenerated in the measurement process are reduced; the FMOS automatic engineering monitoring system stores the measurement data, performs adjustment on the end panel measurement point data by taking acontrol point as a constraint, and performs calculation to obtain optimal measurement point data; and the optimal measuring point data are subjected to plane analysis by using a least square method, then related data such as a vertical deflection angle, a horizontal deflection angle and flatness of an end steel shell are calculated, and the quality of the end steel shell is tested and evaluated intime, so that the purposes of convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the measurement work is efficiently guaranteed.
