The invention discloses an anti-falling well lid for municipal engineering. The anti-falling well lid comprises a vertical shaft, wherein a well ring and a well lid body are arranged above the vertical shaft, a mounting pipe is vertically arranged on the lower end surface of the well lid body, a locking pipe communicating with the interior of the mounting pipe is horizontally arranged at the lowerend of the mounting pipe, and locking rods are slidably connected to the ends of the locking pipe; a locking groove allowing the locking rods to be inserted and fixed is formed in the inner wall of the vertical shaft, the ends of the locking pipes are bent inwards to form flangings, limiting rings for abutting against the flangings are arranged on the end surface close to each other, of the two locking rods, and compression springs located between flangings and the limiting rings sleeve the locking rods; and two ends of each compression spring are fixedly connected with the limiting rings andthe flangings respectively, and a reset mechanism used for controlling the two locking rods to get close to each other is arranged in the locking pipe. Compared with the prior art, the anti-falling well lid has the following advantages and effects that through cooperation of the locking rods and the locking groove, after the well lid is mounted, the position of the well lid is completely limited,the well lid can bear acting force in the vertical direction, and has the advantage of being prevented from falling off.
