The well lid anti-falling net for municipal engineering comprises a well wall, a well lid body is installed at the top of the well wall, a bearing plate is installed in the well wall, a fixing column is installed on the upper surface of the bearing plate, and transmission screw rods are rotationally installed on the four surfaces of the outer portion of the fixing column; and the transmission screws are divided into two parts including forward screws and reverse screws, the bottom ends of the four sets of transmission screws penetrate through the bearing plate and extend to the bottom, and driven wheels are installed on the surfaces of the extending sections. A driven wheel is driven to rotate by rotating a driving wheel, a movable rod is driven to push a fixing plate outwards or inwards under the action of a transmission screw rod, so that the anti-falling net can adapt to hoistways of different specifications, meanwhile, the position of the fixing plate is adjusted outwards or inwards, and an anti-falling net body is fixed through one ends of pull ropes with the same length; and the other end of the spring is also mounted on the upper surface of the movable plate, so that the rigidity of the spring can be adjusted according to different use environments.
