The well lid anti-falling net comprises a lid body and a well body, wherein clamping grooves distributed in an annular structure are formed in the outer side wall of the top of the lid body, inserting grooves distributed in an annular structure are formed in the inner side wall of the top of the well body, inserting blocks are inserted into the inserting grooves, barbs distributed in an annular structure are welded to the outer side walls of the inserting blocks, the barbs are installed inside the inserting blocks in a penetrating mode, sliding grooves are formed in the outer walls of the other ends, away from the inserting grooves, of the inserting blocks, sliding installation plates inserted into the clamping grooves are slidably connected to the interiors of the sliding grooves, and positioning grooves are formed in the middles of the outer walls of the two sides of the lid body. The well lid anti-falling net has the beneficial effects that through arrangement of positioning columns, when an operator rotates a first rotating rod, the first rotating rod pushes the positioning columns to be inserted into limiting inserting grooves through mutual matching use of first gears, second gears, second rotating rods, threaded columns and threaded grooves, and then the safety performance of the device is improved.
