The invention provides a bus device without stopping. The bus device comprises a ground and three power cavities formed in the ground, motors are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the power cavities, first lifting gears are fixedly and commonly arranged on power shafts of the motors, second lifting gears are rotationally arranged in the power cavities, and threads are arranged in the second lifting gears. A circle of rack is arranged on the outer sides of the second lifting gears, and the outer-side rack of the second lifting gears is in engaged transmission with the first lifting gears.According to the bus device without stopping, an existing bus stop can be replaced, and due to the totally-closed design, wind and rain can be effectively shielded for passengers when the passengers wait for a bus. When a bus is driven, a passenger carrying shell carrying waiting passengers can be directly taken away, a passenger carrying shell with people needing to get off is released, kinetic energy generated when the passenger carrying shell enters a bus stop can be used for generating electricity, and the generated electric energy is used for accelerating the passenger carrying shell in advance to prevent the situation that overlarge acceleration is generated due to the fact that the bus is too fast.
