The invention discloses a karst cave section anchor cable construction method based on karst cave underground river environment tunnel construction. The method comprises the following steps that S1, atunnel section A is subjected to excavating until the tunnel section A communicates with a karst cave; S2, an underground river is diverted to enable the underground river to not flow through the karst cave; S3, the karst cave is subjected to backfilling, until backfilling is conducted on a tunnel foundation surface; S4, the cave wall of the karst cave is protected; S5, anchor hole construction is conducted on the cave wall, and an expansion bolt is driven into the rock surface on the periphery of an anchor hole; S6, a pulley is arranged on the rock surface on the side edge of the anchor hole, and a winch is used for pushing an anchor cable into the anchor hole; S7, after the anchor cable is pushed in place, the anchor cable is fixed to the expansion bolt through an iron wire, and the pulley and the winch are detached; S8, grouting is conducted on the anchor hole to enable the anchor cable is fixed to the rock surface of the cave wall; and S9, the karst cave is subjected to full filling to enable the anchor cable is fixedly connected with a backfilled body subjected to full filling. The method has the advantages of being stable and reliable, high in safety and capable of preventing sedimentation.
