The invention discloses a karst cave section anchor backing plate construction method based on karst cave and underground river environment tunnel construction. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a tunnel section A is excavated to communicate with a karst cave; S2, the underground river is redirected, so that the underground river does not flow through the karst cave; S3, the karst cave is backfilled until the karst cave is backfilled to a tunnel foundation surface; S4, a cave wall of the karst cave is protected, and a plurality of anchor cables are evenly constructed on the cave wall; S5, hole drilling construction is conducted at the positions, at the two sides of the anchor cables, of the cave wall, and screw rods are connected with holes; S6, grouting is carried out on the holes to fix the screw rods; S6, an anchor backing plate is lifted to an operation platform through a winch; and S7, the anchor backing plate is lifted through a jack, so that the anchor backing plate, the anchor cables and the screw rods on the two sides form alignment connection, and nuts and the screw rods are connected to form locking. The construction method has the advantagesof being stable, reliable, high in safety and capable of preventing sedimentation.
